Call Recording Disclosure

When you call the number on this website, your call may be recorded. Here is what that means for you.

Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By placing a call, you consent to this recording.

Why we record calls

  • To make sure you receive accurate, helpful information
  • To train agents and improve our service
  • To keep a record of what was discussed and agreed
  • To meet regulatory and compliance requirements

Your consent

New York and New Jersey permit recording when one party to the call consents. Even so, we tell every caller up front: calls are announced as recorded at the start, and this notice appears next to every call button on our site. By staying on the line, you consent to the recording. If you do not want to be recorded, please hang up — you can ask for another way to get help, or contact us by email at privacy@example.com.

Who can access recordings

Recordings are available to us, the licensed agent or agency handling your enquiry, and service providers who operate our phone systems. Recordings are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and are protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

Requesting a copy or deletion

You can ask for a copy of a recording, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing privacy@example.com with the phone number you called from and the approximate date and time of your call.
